Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to addresses in Puerto Rico and the United States. Please allow up to 5 business days your order to process, pack, and ship. All shipments are made via USPS. Tracking information will be sent via email when your order is packed. Allow up to 2 days for tracking information to appear and update. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We are not responsible if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout. We will gladly ship you another order for additional shipping costs if you contact us after the item has shipped. If you notice an error immediately after completing your transaction, please contact us at [email protected].

Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged at [email protected]. Customer is responsible for resolving delayed or stolen packages directly with the shipping provider.
