Our Vision is to empower the sensitive skin community to enjoy life without skin irritation and have access to dye-free, additive-free, and irritant-free solutions, for everyday products they use.
We see a future in Puerto Rico where we put “Primero, La Tierra” and build toward a sustainable, self-reliant future. One where we design, source, and build products in Puerto Rico for our own community and the world. This, in turn, creates opportunities in Puerto Rico and strengthens our local economy.
Our Founder Amber, has been suffering from sensitive skin her whole life and learned the hard way that irritation often comes from dyes, perfumes, and additives. Her symptoms range from rashes, hives, acne, burning and itchy skin, dry patches, and extra sensitivity to insect bites.
She knew she wasn't alone and after learning nearly 60% of adults report they have sensitive skin, she decided to do something about it.
There are even more products marketed to sensitive skin that ever, yet many of us still struggle to find products that are safe. The problem is, even products labeled for sensitive skin often contain dyes, fragrances, additives, and known irritants.
That’s why she decided to create Sensata Care, so we can have everyday products made with clean, natural ingredients that are gentle on sensitive skin.
We need more everyday products that value transparency and safe effective ingredients. So she set out to help because Puerto Rico deserves access to clean and safe products.
