Products must be purchased directly from sensatacare.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Products and items marked final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must unopened and unused.
To start a return:
- Email us [email protected] with the following information: Order Number, shipping address, and email address.
- We’ll send an invoice for any shipping fees incurred in the return/exchange process. Once paid, you'll receive the shipping label via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
