We seek out local brands that are safe for sensitive skin and focused on sensitive skin, clean ingredients, or sustainability. We want to help our sensitive skin community here in Puerto Rico with finding local brands to support, just like Sensata Care.
BODY LOTIONS
There are thousands of body lotions on the store shelves today but few brands from Puerto Rico that are safe for sensitive skin. Each product is evaluated against the same criteria to be fair and give you consistent information.
We focused on a list of products that give us transparency into ingredients, have no added fragrances, no dyes, and no soy or nut ingredients.
If a brand does not meet one of these requirements for sensitive skin, they will not make the list.

Product: Baby Moisturizing Body Cream
What we love: Transparency into their ingredients and those that are gentle on sensitive skin. There is no added fragrances which we adore.
Ingredients: Shea Butter, Calendula Oil, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Lavender Essential Oil
Body Boutique
Product: Gentle Nourish Body Lotion
What we love: The ingredients are simple and gentle on sensitive skin. There is no added fragrances which we adore.
Ingredients: Evening Primrose, Grapefruit Seed Oil, Collagen, Vitamin C, Vitamin E.
Bathfulness
Product: Crema Corporal Humectante
What we love: This brand focuses on sensitive skin and picks ingredients that won't irritate most skin. There is added fragrance listed last meaning it is a minimal amount.
Ingredients: Water, rice oil, sweet almond oil, golden jojoba oil, kokum butter, emulsifying wax, steric acid (from coconut), vitamin E, preservative and fragrance safe for the skin

Product: Lush Lotion
What we love: We are willing to overlook the soybean and hemp oil for all the other safe ingredients and no added fragrance. If you have a sensitivity to soy or hemp, avoid this option.
Ingredients: Shea and Cocoa butter, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Soybean Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Hemp Oil, Neem Oil.

What we love: Transparency into their ingredients and those that are gentle on sensitive skin. This product does have added fragrance at the end and it does smell strong so consider this if you are avoiding all fragrances.
