Welcome to Sensata Care's sensitive community where we share the brands I have taken time to find and research.
We seek out local brands that are safe for sensitive skin and focused on sensitive skin, clean ingredients, or sustainability. We want to help our sensitive skin community here in Puerto Rico with finding local brands to support, just like Sensata Care.
SOAPS
We have a huge amount of local soap makers here in Puerto Rico, all making amazing products. For this brand list, we focused on clean ingredients, no added fragrances or dyes. These are the top two types of ingredients that have a negative effect on sensitive skin.
Finding brands that did not use added fragrances turned out to be harder than we thought. Due to this, we focused on a list of products that give us transparency into ingredients, have no added fragrances, no dyes, and no soy or nut ingredients.

Product: Naked Premium Soap Bar
What we love: No added fragrances and the olive oil base is a great ingredient for hydration without irritation.
Ingredients: Olive oil + coconut oil + shea butter + castor, oil + neem oil
Coco Lover
Product: Baby Castile Soap
What we love: No added fragrances and made with ingredients gentle enough for a baby's skin. The olive oil base is a great ingredient for hydration without irritation.

What we love: What we love: This soap is fragrance-free, a requirement for sensitive skin. The olive oil base is a great ingredient for hydration without irritation.
Ingredients: Aceite de oliva, aceite de palma, aceite de coco, aceite de aguacate, aceite de uva, avena, camomila (manzanilla).
Olie Soaps
Product: Charcoal Activated Soap
What we love: This brand uses sustainable practices and ingredients, and with no added fragrances is safe for sensitive skin. The ingredients are perfect for detoxing underarms and sweat prone areas to neutralize smells.

Product: Oatmeal + Honey + Vitamin E
What we love: Simple and gentle ingredients make this safe for sensitive skin. The fragrance isn't added and naturally occurring so safe for us.

What we love: Natural vanilla fragrance (plant-based) is safe for my sensitive skin and the goat's milk base is gentle. This brand's commitment to community and the ethical sourcing make it a go-to.
